PLEASANT VIEW ? The city council has agreed to waive the building permit fee for Have a Heart Foundation, which will build a home in the Pleasant View area.
The home is a joint venture with donations from several businesses and contractors who work for free to provide a family in need a home, according to Community Development Director Bruce Talbot. He said in the past similar homes have been provided for families who have a special need and at times military families.
?The Bank of Utah donated land and financing for construction,? Talbot said, ?It?s nice houses they build.?
He also said the home will be be built on the north end of Pleasant View Drive.
