?I believe in celebrating the female figure and embracing what we?ve been given, not hiding that,? Miranda, 29, told Esquire UK.

Kerr raised eyebrows back in Oct. 2009 when she was photographed for a fashion shoot and looked shockingly thin, raising speculation that she was battling an eating disorder. But she blamed the look on camera angles and insisted she?s naturally thin.

Today, though, she?s a picture of beauty and fitness. She?s featured in a stunning photo spread for Esquire. ?I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within and I make a conscious effort to fill my body with nutrients through the food I eat,? says Miranda.

?Becoming a mother has made me even more aware and more passionate about nutrition and wellness, so much so that I am now a certified health coach practitioner.?

Miranda gave birth to son Flynn in January 2011, with husband Orlando Bloom and was back on the job modeling bikinis in less than three months.

Kerr said she lost 40 pounds after giving birth. She credits daily workouts that include yoga, low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercise, combined with high-energy training such as boxing or running.

?I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I?m feeling good,? she said. ?I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy.?

The supermodel says she gravitates toward healthy, organic food, and doesn?t believe in starvation diets or deprivation. ?I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce,? she said. ?I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day.?
