Reply - USVI Moving Center

I am hoping someone reading this has had some experience with the USVI government to obtain a business license or professional license. I am under a deadline to get this accomplished by 4/8/2013 when I must report for work with my USVI nursing license in hand.

Let me begin by saying that I sent every required form and notarized document with a money order for payment and I followed the instructions to the letter.

The staff is saying that I did not send two important documents( a copy of one of my US licenses and a receipt for license verification through Nursys) and I know that I did because I made a copy of everything that I sent to them. Is it typical for documents to be lost or misfiled?

If I call they put me on hold and never pick the phone up again.

I understand that they probably have limited resources and that they conduct business very differently. I do want to show respect and

I have been very patient and polite and upbeat. Doesn't seem to matter. Should I just go do this in person?
